2020 - Present Jeep Gladiator Frame Reinforcement Plates PRE-BENT

Made from 3/16" HSLA steel, these reinforcement plates are an excellent solution to the weak rear section of frame rails on the new Jeep gladiator. We highly recommend installing these on any gladiator that has a lot of weight in gear / camper / roof top ten etc. When the jeep is overloaded and taken offroad it is becoming a lot more common to bend the rear section of the frame. 

These can be used to repair an already bent frame or installed to prevent bending the frame. 

The kit includes 2 outside plates that extend from the rear most cab mount all the way to the end of the frame. 2 under frame plates and 2 small inner plates that will go over a weak "crumple zone" 

Everything is pre bent for a matching contour / fitment to the factory frame rails

Average installation time from start to finish: 30 Hrs

Fabrication required : When installing, you will cut off the factory bump stop mount, a section of the track bar bracket and sway bar mount. Strip frame of these components, weld on the reinforcement plates then re weld the factory components back to the reinforcement plate. Recommend stitch welding in sections to keep the heat down on the factory frame.
